An 8th Harry Potter book?

Yes, Potter fans. It's true. JK Rowling herself has hinted that she might be persuaded to write another Harry Potter book.

But, we fans have to wait a while longer.

Rowling said in an interview "There have been times since finishing, weak moments, when I've said: 'Yeah, all right' to the eighth novel. If, and it's a big if, I ever write an eighth book about the (wizarding) world, I doubt that Harry would be the central character. I feel I've already told his story. But these are big ifs. Let's give it 10 years."

Hmm.. It reminds me of another attempt by an author to finish of a book series by killing of a certain man named Sherlock Holmes. Let's hope Rowling's children will be able to persuade their mum to write more books on the magical word she created.

Personally I would love to have a book revolving around Lily Luna Potter, Harry and Ginny's daughter. It would be interesting to see how Rowling writes a story with a female central character. What do you think?
