A Blog on Anna's Reading Adventures

Hi. Welcome to my reading blog. My name is Anna, and am an avid reader since I discovered the joy of reading Enid Blyton's Famous Five series when I was small.

My reading habits are quite extreme by some standards, as I can usually complete a 350 page book within 3 hours. I read Lord of the Rings (books 1-3 and the appendix) in three and a half days. I read practically a new book everyday, that I now rarely buy a book but rent them instead. This way, my bookshelves won't be filled with books I am not proud of owning. ; p

I read so many books, and have my own views of all of them, that I start to think it's a waste if I don't note it down to share with other readers. I read almost all genres, except for non-fiction. After all the hard work at the office, I prefer to dive into adventures, thrillers, and fantasy, (and some children's stories from time-to-time) to take my mind away from work.
